Mig welding 101 -basic welding-
In this course students learn the basics of the electrode arc welding process. After developing basic metal inert gas welding knowledge students will cut, grind, and learn basic welding techniques. Students will also have classroom time to gain an understanding of metallurgy.

Mig Welding 102 -Advanced Welding-
In this course students continue to develop welding techniques for all of the basic weld joints while focusing on filet welds. In addition, students will learn how to cut with a plasma torch, learn the basics of preparing metals for welding, and finishing metals. Students will be tested on their penetration, welding techniques, and consistency at the end of the course.

Tig welding 101 - Basic Tig Welding-
In this course students will learn the basics of tungsten inert gas welding (TIG), develop their skills of various welding techniques, learn on types of tungsten and filler metals, and develop torch control. Students will gain a better understanding of the elements of welding in order to control them moving through the welding zone with the TIG torch. Students will learn the basics of using tungsten filler and the basic functions of the machines settings/controls.
